You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilic account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
jilic will never request your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your jilic password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilic support immediately.
You must notify jilic immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilic will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to such reports. However, jilic accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to notify jilic of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
jilic reserves the right to lock, suspend, or close accounts where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, as a player protection measure. Identity verification may be required to restore access.
Deposits to your jilic account may be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the relevant time, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven payment facilities. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jilic.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilic's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
jilic does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. jilic is not liable for any loss of bets or game sessions resulting from temporary Platform downtime, technical malfunctions beyond jilic's reasonable control, or telecommunications network failures.
In the event of a dispute between you and jilic relating to any aspect of your account or the Platform, the following process applies:
